Members present: Chair Pam Kueber, PK; Robert Fuster, (RF); Clifford Snyder, (CS); Shawn Leary Considine, (SLC); and Ethan Berg, (EB)
Jo Anne Magee, newly appointed alternate, was present to observe.
Staff present: Land Use Clerk Peggy Ammendola
Ethylwynde, Yokun Avenue, Map 12 Parcels 2 & 2-1, Review of Decisions regarding petition filed April 11, 2006, Public Hearing May 3, 2006, continued to May 31, 2006. (Decision meeting May 31, 2006.) There was a review meeting on Nov. 1, 2006, but was continued to 05/02/07. This Decision has been appealed therefore continued from May 2, 2007, November 7, 2007, September 3, 2008, March 4, 2009, and Feb. 3, 2010.
The Board discussed and since this Decision was never activated, there was no need to continue a review.
Judy and Mark Usow, 117 Cliffwood Street (Map 17, Parcel 3) Special Permit under Section 3.3.5 to allow the addition of 150 square feet to an existing exterior deck.
Presenting the application and the site plan was Judy Usow. The Petitioners wish to extend the existing deck which will stay within the line of the existing deck. The exact dimensions of the proposed addition will be sent via email to EB and the Landuse Department.
SLC made a motion to close the hearing and EB seconded the motion.
SLC made a motion to grant the Special Permit as presented and CS seconded the motion. The motion carried 5-0.
EB will write the decision.
